For the auction comes a used electric test and training board from PCE MERZ with integrated test and measuring instrument MERZ FSM 3200. The test panel has various connections, measuring instruments, protective devices and controls. It has been used as a professional testing and training facility and can be used, for example, for practical instruction, demonstrations and test setups in the field of electrical engineering. The MERZ FSM 3200 is firmly integrated into the test panel. The device has a display, a keyboard with navigation keys, status displays and a PC/COM interface. The mains voltages of the individual external conductors as well as the PE value can be checked and displayed via the device. The images show an exemplary display with the following measured values: L1: 231 V L2: 237 V L3: 236 V PE: < 30 V These values are only the display visible on the images at the time of recording. An assurance of certain measured values or a permanent measurement accuracy is not associated with this. A calibration marking is available on the test device. According to this marking, the next calibration was scheduled for December 2026. The marking is documented in the pictures. A further verification of the calibration status was not carried out. The test panel has a three-phase range with L1/L2-/L3 phase display, central main switch, 32-A/400V connection, fuses and FI/RCD protection devices. Furthermore, a 16-A-/230-V working socket is available. Several CEE connectors and sockets are available for testing, training and testing purposes. Among other things, red three-phase CEE plugs and blue 230 V CEE connectors are available. In addition, the test panel has protections and switching options in this area. A separate rotary field/phase sequence switch is also available. This allows the rotary field or phase sequence to be displayed and checked in connection with the existing CEE connections. For voltage measurements, the test panel has a voltmeter switch and analog voltage measuring instruments. In addition, separate connections for external voltage measurements are available. Another area of the test panel is designed for low voltage and low voltage. Different AC voltages from about 3 V to 48 V are available in this range. In addition, a DC voltage range from 0 to 42 V is available. The equipment of this range includes several analog voltage indicators, an analog amperemeter, a small voltage selector switch, a 4-A fuse as well as separate plus and minus connections. This allows different measurements and test setups to be carried out in the small voltage range. The test panel has various safety devices. These include FI/RCD protection, multiple fuses, a central main switch, phase displays and an emergency off function. On the front panel and on the housing parts there are superficial scratches, abrasion marks, minor dirt and age-related discoloration. In the lower right area of the front panel of the MERZ FSM 3200 test unit, there is a clearly visible damaged or partially replaced sticker spot with adhesive tape.
