Goods worth more than €4,600 will be withrawn, removed and transferred to the buyer under the same conditions, but the time will be longer because beyond this amount the Office must release to authorize the sale. The buyer will then be notified by SMECTOM of the date from which the property can be collected. The buyer will then have 15 days from this date to process with the collection. The buyer must provide a means of lifting and loading. The module is in very poor condition (floor to be reviewed, no heating). The module has two windows and an entry door.
