Conditions for participation and sale: 1. Costs: All charges relating to the acquisition of the property shall be borne by the purchaser. 7. The sale takes place in accordance with the rules laid down in the Sales Regulations, which is binding for all participants in the tender contest. The offer must meet all the formal requirements laid down in the Rules of Procedure, in particular complete details of the tenderer (PESEL/NIP), the account number to be refunded and all the required declarations, including acceptance of the rules of procedure, lack of guarantees and knowledge of the legal and technical status of the property.
