Additional condition: The buyer shall be obliged to conclude, at the latest on the date of signature of the notarial sale act, a lease of one of the premises previously occupied by the syndicate, for the purposes of the insolvency proceedings in progress, for preferential rent established and notified to the tenderers before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders.
