The bankruptcy syndicate of Paweł Kulagi and Sebastian Zaając, partners of the civil partnership WMPS Wylewki Maszynowe Paweła Kulaga, Seblastian Zając s.c. in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Tarnów, announces a competition of offers for the disposal of the assets of the bankruptcy estate listed below. I. Subject of sale. The subject of the competition is the sale of claims of a total amount of PLN 66,625,57 resulting from due to claims against ABM SOLID S.A. in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Tarnów, recognised on the legally approved list of claims, ZW93, in Kat. IV, in bankruptcy proceedings, act: V Gup 3/12 The starting price is set at PLN 5.00.00 (in words: PLN 5,000 00/100). II. Conditions for participation in proceedings. 1. A written purchase offer together with the proposed net purchase price (submitted in amount and in words), must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the inscription "Competition of Offers" by 23.11.2026, to g.16.00, personally at the headquarters of Syndyka Chancellery in Krakow, ul. Calvary 33/22, 30-509 Kraków or by registered mail, courier. Deciding the date of receipt of the offer to the Chancellery. III. Buyer's offer. The purchase offer shall include: (a) the tenderer concerned: name or business name, address of place of residence or registered office, current registration documents of the economic operator, identity card number, (b) documents confirming the authorisation of the persons signing the offer to represent the entity, (c) authorizations and consents if they are required by law by virtue of the tenderer, (d) a written declaration by the tenderer that he does not belong to the circle of persons referred to in Article 157a (2). 2 Bankruptcy rights, (e) a written statement by the tenderer that the terms of the tender contest have been read and that the conditions contained therein have been met and accepted, (f) a written statement by the tenderer that the claim has been made and that no objections have been raised, (g) a statement by the GDPR. IV. Decision. (a) The competition shall be deemed to have been initiated in the event of the submission of at least one tender meeting the requirements laid down in these Rules. (b) Only tenders fulfilling the conditions laid down in these Rules shall be considered. c) The selection of the offer will take place on 24.11.2026 at 14:00, at Syndyka Chancellery in Krakow, ul. Calvary 33/22, 30-509 Kraków. (d) The selection of the tenderer shall be made by the Syndicus, which shall be deemed to be the outcome of the tender contest. (e) Participants in the tender contest shall be notified within 7 days of the date of the successful tenderer's approval of the selection of the tender. (f) The contract shall be signed within 30 days of the date indicated in point IV (c), Any costs relating to the transfer of the claim shall be borne by the tenderer.
