Stater circa 530-500 BC. Ornamented tripod terminating with leonine paws, with coiled serpents facing each-other above and at base. Crab on right side / Same type in incuse. 7,83g. Attianese 32; HGC 1, 1444; HNI 2078; SNG ANS 244-245; SNG Copenhagen 1743 (same dies).
A superb specimen.
