The bankruptcy syndicate of a natural person not engaged in business in insolvency proceedings before the Wałbrzych District Court, the 6th Economic Division, under the name of the SW1W/GUp-s/94/2026 act, announces the sale of a claim belonging to the bankruptcy mass. I. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE SALE The subject of the sale is a fallen monetary claim of PLN 52 501,27 (in words: fifty two thousand five hundred one zloty twenty seven groszy 27/100), which is an amount receivable by virtue of the share of the Fallen estate in the common property of the spouses, in the part relating to half of the value of the cash resulting from the settlement concluded with the Bank. II. MINIMUM PRICE AND USE OF SALE The minimum price for the sale of receivables is PLN 21000,50 (in words: twenty-one thousand zlotys fifty grosz 50/100), i.e. 40% of the value of the claim. The sale shall be carried out in the context of insolvency proceedings of a natural person not engaged in an economic activity in accordance with Article 313 (1). 1 Bankruptcy rights with enforcement effect. The sale takes place free of charge, in the process of collecting tenders, at a price corresponding to the highest valid offer received by Syndicus, but not less than the minimum price indicated above. III. DATE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION OFFER Tenders shall be submitted by 10.11.2026 at the latest. 3:00 p.m. through the advertising portal on which this notice is given, or Syndyka: syndyk_ilt@kancelariailt.pl The date and time of registration of the offer on the notice portal or the impact of the message on the e-mail address indicated shall decide on the maintenance of the deadline. Tenders submitted after the specified date and time will not be considered. The security shall be forfeit in favour of the bankruptcy if the successful tenderer withdraws from the conclusion of the contract. In other cases, the security will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the procedure. IV. SELECTION OFFER The Syndicate will choose the most advantageous offer, with the highest price offered as the basic selection criterion. The submission of an offer shall not give rise to a claim on the part of the tenderer for the conclusion of a sale contract. V. CONTINUING THE AGREEMENT AND PAYING THE PRICE The conclusion of a contract for the sale of receivables will be made after the most advantageous offer has been selected and the entire sale price paid. The buyer acquires a claim in an existing state at the date of conclusion of the contract and bears the risks associated with the possibility of filing it, recognition and satisfaction in the insolvency proceedings of the husband of the Fallen. VI. CONSIGNMENTS ON THE SUBJECT OF THE SALE The syndicate indicates that the subject of the sale is the claim for bankruptcy according to the documentation held by the syndicate. The buyer shall acquire a claim in an existing state at the date of conclusion of the contract of sale, taking into account their legal, factual, documentation, maturity, the possibility of investigation and the risk of irrecoverability. The Syndicate shall not grant guarantees or guarantees as to the effectiveness of the recovery of claims, their collection, the solvency of the debtor or the possibility of compulsory enforcement of claims. The offerer shall declare that he takes note of the risks associated with the acquisition of the claim and that he will not direct against the bankruptcy or the claim syndicate related to the lack of effective enforcement of the purchased claim.
