Further technical defects as well as missing components/assemblies may be possible. Due to the intensive use of the vehicle to be separated in the police service, the engine, drive, chassis and frame are in an age- and usage-related condition, which does not correspond to that of a comparable used vehicle on the private market.   By expanding police-typical equipment, holes, damage and flaws can be present on the vehicle. For legal reasons, no support can be granted.  At the time of collection, the pick-up party confirms with his signature that he is familiar with the applicable legislation on securing cargo and transport goods. Furthermore, when picking up the vehicle, the pick-up machine confirms that the vehicle condition is the same as in the auction.
