Syndicate of the bankruptcy of the company under the company DAC SOFTWARE POLSKA sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy will sell free of charge a set of claims forming part of the insolvency estate: claims related to the company's business activities held by the Fallen company vis-à-vis its trading partners, with a nominal value of PLN 598.351.00. The package of receivables will be sold at the most advantageous price offered, but not less than PLN 598,351.00. The reported value is the gross value. The condition for entering the competition is to meet the requirements specified in the sales regulations, including a deposit of PLN 59.835,00. Buyers must be submitted in closed envelopes until 20 November 2026 until 15:00 at Sylvia Janus-Kazimierczak, ul. Kramarska 13/2, 61-765 Poznań together with the note "NO OPEN OFFER" IN THE COMPANY for the sale of receivables, the signature of the act PO1P/GUP/51/2025. The offer can also be sent by post to the above address. The offer submitted on time by post shall be deemed to be one which shall be delivered to the Syndician Registry by 20 November 2026 until 15:00. The selection of the offer will take place in the Syndician Office within 3 days after the deadline for submission. The contract of sale shall be concluded within the time limit set by Syndyk, within one month of the date on which the contest protocol was drawn up. All transaction costs shall be borne by the buyer. By the date preceding the date of conclusion of the sale contract, the entire price must be paid and affect the bank account of the bankruptcy. The Syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the competition without giving a reason.
