Few vehicles look as purposeful as a Ural 375: a big six-wheeled, all-terrain truck built to carry heavy loads over the worst roads imaginable, here with a closed box body, roof-mounted fittings and a rear ladder. The Ural-375 was developed in the Soviet Union and built at the Ural Automotive Plant in Miass from the early 1960s. Its 6×6 layout, high ground clearance and large-diameter tyres made it one of the most capable military and utility trucks of its era, and it served in enormous numbers in the armed forces and civilian industry of the Eastern Bloc and beyond. The 375D version is the standard cargo and chassis variant, powered by a large V8 engine, and has since become a favourite among collectors of military and expedition vehicles. This example is presented in a green finish and fitted with a box body, with an interior that includes a lined cargo compartment with lighting. The seller states that the truck is sold including sheet metal, three tyres and an add-on tent. The photographs show the cab with its brown seats and original-style instrument panel, the cargo space, the engine bay and the chassis, giving a good impression of this impressive machine. For anyone looking for a rugged and unusual vehicle with real presence, whether for a collection, for events or as a basis for an expedition build, a Ural 375D offers a lot of truck for the money and a great deal of character. Condition of the bodywork & paint 4 — Very Good. Clean with minimal wear; might need minor replacements for small missing or broken parts. Condition of the interior 4 — Very Good. Displays only minimal wear and can hit the road any time. Technical condition 4 — Very Good. Mechanically solid, with potential for minor servicing. Overall condition 4 — Very Good. Displays only minimal wear and can hit the road any time. This item is sold on an as-is basis. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from your own opinion.
