Vindico Restructuring Sp. z o.o., acting as a supervisor of the arrangement in restructuring proceedings of Eve and Robert Klimko holding an agricultural holding, on the basis of notices in the system of KRZ with the signature of Act BI1B/GRz/114/2025 and BI 1B/Grz/113/2025, conducted before the District Court in Białystok, VIII Economic Division, invites you to submit offers for the acquisition of agricultural property owned by debtors. Subject matter of sale: Agricultural real estate of 0,8200 ha, located in the village of Kolnica, the municipality of Augustów, the district of Augustow, Podlaskie Voivodeship, marked with the registration number 59, covered by the perpetual book No SU1A/00011505/6. The real estate was estimated as at 25 June 2022 by the property valuer. Andrzej Trotsky (rights number 3922) for the amount of PLN 29.786,00. The current value of the property was set at PLN 38.00.00. The offer price is PLN 32.300,00, which represents 85% of the current value of the property. A deposit of 10% of the value shall be a condition for participation in the proceedings. The sale is based on a legally approved arrangement which provides for the satisfaction of creditors with the price obtained from the sale of the property. Sales have no effect on execution sales.
