The bankruptcy mass syndicate announces an offer contest for the sale of copyright property rights to the audiovisual series Custom House Of Tunning, covering twelve sections with a duration of about 26 minutes each. The rights are part of the bankruptcy mass of a natural person who does not have a business activity, i.e. KR1S/GUP-S/743/2023. The estimated value of property rights is PLN 18 672,00 (eight thousand six hundred seventy two zlotys). The starting price represents 100% of the estimated value. Offers must be submitted by 10 June 2026 to: Kancelaria Syndyka Joanna Jutrzunka Trzebiatowska ul. Florian Straszewskiego 10/1, 31-101 Krakow, personally, by courier or registered letter sent through the postal operator. The date of impact of the offer to the syndicate is decisive. An offer that will be received after the deadline will not be considered. The offer, together with the required documents, should be placed in a closed envelope addressed to the specified address of the syndicate, accompanied by the following words: "NO OPPORTUNITY TO OPEN a tender contest in bankruptcy proceedings: KR1S/GUP-S/743/2023.' The opening and recognition of offers will take place on 12 June 2026 at the Office of Syndicate Joanna Tomorrowka Trzebiatowska.
