The object of the sale is the share of 29901/113246 parts in land property property rights located in Lidzbark, marked in the land register as land plot No 14/50 with an area of 655 sqm, border of Lidszbark 4, for which the District Court in Działdów IV The Department of Eternal Books maintains the perpetual book No. EL1D/00035541/0. 2. The call price is set at PLN 7 412,00 net (in words: seven thousand four hundred twelve zlotys 00/100). 3. The estimated real estate operation is available at Syndyka Grant Finance Sp. z o.o. at: ul. M. Reja 13/15 premises 1002, 81-874 Sopot and can be made available electronically. 4. The offers will be recognized at the syndicate on 21 July 2023 at 10 a.m. 8. Where more than one offer is received, the syndicate shall auction for the choice of the buyer. The auction may be attended by tenderers who have offered the highest, similar offers. The selection of bids participating in the auction will be made by the syndicate. Any auction will take place on 21 July 2023 at 11:00, using electronic means (e-mail, Skype, tel., others) or personally. The call price in the auction is the highest price offered in the offer with a performance of PLN 500,00 (in words: five hundred PLN 00/100). 9.The agreement in the form of a notarial act should be concluded within one month of the date of the selection of the tender. The buyer must pay the full price no later than four days before signing the contract. All costs related to the conclusion of the contract shall be borne by the buyer. 10. The buyer acquires the property free of charge and is not liable for the liabilities of the failing party (Article 313 of the Insolvency Act). 11.Syndic reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the sale without giving a reason.
