The Syndyk announces an offer contest for the sale of land property rights, unbuilt, located in Warmia-Mazurskie voivodeship, Szczycie district, Dźwierzuty commune, Dżwieruty village, o nr. plot 473/22, o pow. 0,3602 ha, for which the District Court of Szczytno V Department of Perpetual Books carries a perpetual book with the number KW: OL1S/00055770/4, which is part of the bankruptcy mass of a natural person who is not engaged in business activity, in respect of which before the Regional Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łodź, the XIVth Economic Division on. Bankruptcy and Restructuring proceedings are under way under Act XIV Gup 23/22. The minimum selling price is 90,000 PLN (ninety thousand PLN) gross. Offers must be submitted in Polish in a sealed envelope with a clear inscription on the envelope: "IMMOVABLE PURCHASE" (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address). The offer shall include: (a) the name (company) of the tenderer, the address and the PESEL/NIP of the bidder (if the trader acquires the trader), the registration documents (in the case of traders) and the contact person (including telephone number and email address), (b) documents demonstrating that the person who signed the tender on behalf of the tenderer is authorised to represent him, (c) the proposed purchase price, not less than the minimum (d) the offer should be drawn up in Polish, (e) a statement that the tenderer has read the provisions of the Rules of Procedure and accepts it without reservation. (f) proof of payment of the security to the bankruptcy estate account, (g) for foreign entities additionally required by law to accept the acquisition of immovable property, the sworn translation of the content of the offer and the documents attached thereto, (h) in respect of natural persons, in addition, the consent of the spouse to submit an offer and to purchase the subject-matter of the sale or a declaration that the tenderer is not married or a statement that the bidder is married in which the distribution system is in force or that the subject of sale the tenderer acquires for his personal property from the funds which are part of his personal property.
