Henryk Dąbrowski 35, for which the District Court in Oleśnica V The Faculty of Perpetual Books runs the perpetual book No WR1E/00006447/1, for a price not less than PLN 14.00.00 (14 thousand zlotys). The property was built in a one-storey non-residential building in a freestanding building built in the 60s of the 20th century, extended in the 80s/90s. According to the building records, the building area is 90 m2. According to the measurements, the usable area is about 145 m2. The condition for participating in the competition is the deposit of PLN 1 400,00 and the sending of the offer in a closed envelope, with an addition to the offer to purchase a share of the property in Oleśnica by 28 December 2022 to the address: Roman Traczyk, Syndicator, Ramiszów 108, 51-217 Ramiszow.
