The bankruptcy syndicate of a non-business natural person offers for sale free of charge in the form of an offer to participate in the property consisting of the registration plot No 64/2 o pow. 0,0366 ha located within 76, in the village Częstochowa, ul. Czarnieckiego 13B, gmina Częstochowa, Disctrict Czestochowski, for which this property is kept by the District Court in Cząstochow keeps the perpetual book no. CZ1C/00006619/6 for a price not less than PLN 541 300,00. SALE CONDITIONS: The conditions for participation in the competition shall be: submitting or sending a written offer in a closed envelope to the administrator's office: Marcin Karcz, ul. The security paid by the purchaser shall be credited against the purchase price, the remaining tenderers shall be reimbursed without delay. The selected purchaser will be obliged to cover all costs relating to the sale of the property, in particular the costs of the notarial act, taxes and the costs for entries in the perpetual book.
