The bankruptcy syndicate of a natural person who does not carry out business activities offers for sale free of charge in the form of a competition for property rights to a residential premises marked with number 15, located in building number 26a in Koniecpol at Robotnicza Street, municipality Konieczpol, district Częstochowski, for which the property is kept by the District Court in Czestochowa. No CZ1M/00093566/5, for a price not less than PLN 196 200,00. SALE CONDITIONS: 1. The conditions for participation in the competition shall be: • submitting or sending a written offer in a closed envelope to the administrator's office: Marcin Karcz, ul. Sieradzka 18, 98-300 Wielenia, by date deadline 19 December 2022 (in case of sending the offer by post, the date of receipt of the offer to the syndicate and not the date on which it was given); • payment of a security of PLN 19 620,00 to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate No 10 89090006 0060 0619 3519 0001 (the decision is the date of recognition of the insolvency account). The written tender shall include: the tenderer's designation (name, surname, address of residence, PESEL or NIP number, telephone number), the description of the property described above, a statement the information and acceptance of the tenderer with the actual and legal status of the immovable property, the indication of the price offered and the signature of CZ1C/GUp-s/114/2022, the signature by the tenderer. The tender shall be accompanied by proof of payment of the security to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass. 2. The time limit for opening and recognising tenders shall be 20 December 2022 at the latest. 2:00. Opening of offers and selection of the most advantageous offer will be recorded by the syndicate. 3. The Syndicator reserves the right to carry out additional auctions with the participation of tenderers who have submitted tenders and submitted themselves on the date of the opening of the envelopes at the Registry. 4. The purchase price should be paid by the purchaser in full to the bankruptcy account at the latest on the date of conclusion of the sale contract. The sale agreement will be concluded immediately. The security paid by the purchaser shall be credited against the purchase price, the remaining tenderers shall be reimbursed without delay. 5. The selected purchaser will be obliged to cover all costs relating to the sale of the property, in particular the costs of the notarial act, taxes and the costs for entries in the perpetual book. 6. The Syndicate shall not be liable for the physical and legal disadvantages of the property sold. 7.
