RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SALE OF IMMOVABLENESS in bankruptcy proceedings conducted against Ewa Trębasiewicz: PO1P/GUp-s/303/2025 § 1. Subject matter of sale 1. The object of the sale is a built-in land property located in Konin, at ul. Castle Square 13, Starówka Obróg, Konin City District, Wielkopolska Voivodeship, which is the registration site No 124 with an area of 0.0318 ha. 2. The property is built in a single-family building with a usable area of 135,00 m2, fenced, partly managed, with media. 3. For real estate there is a permanent book KN1N/00040147/8 by the District Court in Konin. 4. According to the local zoning plan, the area is intended for single- and multi-family housing and services. § 2. Sales mode The sale shall take the form of a written invitation to tender in accordance with Article 49111a. 2 Bankruptcy rights. The sale shall take place at a price not lower than the market value specified in the estimated asset valuer's operation drawn up on July 04, 2025, i.e. 100 900,00 zł. (in words: one hundred thousand nine hundred zlotys) The syndicate may negotiate with potential buyers, subject to paragraph 1. 2. § 3. Conditions for participation in the invitation to tender The person interested in acquiring the property shall submit to the syndicate by 24.09.2026: a written offer containing the price proposed, the details of the tenderer (including address, telephone number, e-mail address) and a statement of the legal and factual situation of the property, ID card (natural person) or current copy of the KRS/CEIDG (legal person/entrepreneur), confirmation of the deposit transfer, a statement of acceptance of this Regulation. The security shall be refunded to tenderers whose tender has not been selected within 7 days of the date of the award. The successful tenderer's security shall be counted against the selling price. If the successful tenderer does not sign the purchase contract within 30 days of the settlement of the tender, the security shall be forfeit in favour of the bankruptcy. § 4. The opening and evaluation of the tenders will take place on 28.09.2026. 1. The Syndicate shall assess the offers for: compliance with the rules of procedure, the price offered, the capacity of the tenderer to conclude the contract. 2. The syndicate may conduct additional negotiations with selected tenderers. 3. The Syndicate chooses the most advantageous offer from the point of view of the interest of bankruptcy. 4. The Syndicate shall draw up a tender selection protocol. § 5. Conclusion of a sales contract The sale agreement will be concluded in the form of a notarial act. The buyer is obliged to pay the full selling price before signing the notarial act for the bankruptcy account. The costs of drawing up a notarial act and court and tax fees shall be borne by the purchaser. The property will be issued immediately after payment of the price and signature of the notarial act. Paragraph 6. Legal and factual situation of immovable property The property is sold in an existing state, without any warranty or warranty from the syndicate. The buyer declares that he has read the facts and legal status of the property, including the contents of the perpetual book. The Syndicate shall not be liable for hidden property defects or possible inconsistencies in the records. Paragraph 7. Final provisions The Syndicate reserves the right to: rejection of tenders not complying with the rules of procedure, cancellation of the sale without reason, In cases not governed by these Rules, the provisions of insolvency law shall apply.
