Bankruptcy Syndicate in the insolvency proceedings of Veronica Rozwadowska appointed on the basis of the order of the District Court in Zielona Góra V of the Economic Division dated 17.03.225, the act ZG1E/GU/41/2025, carried out under the signature of the act: ZG 1E/Gup-s/75/2025 announces that pursuant to Article 4911.11a) of the Act. 1 Act Insolvency Law sells from a free hand 1000 (in words: thousand) shares with a nominal value of 100 PLN (say: 100 00/100 PLN) each, for the price of 100.000,00 PLN (in other words: 100 thousand 0/100 PLN), in the company PWR Sp. z o.o. in liquidation with its registered office in Leszno, registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań National Court Register under KRS number 0000957108. The sale price of the above shares is PLN 100.00.00 gross (in words 100 thousand 00/100 gross). The costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the buyer. This notice constitutes commercial information, i.e. it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.
