The beautifully executed plates according to drawings by Brodtmann, mostly with several representations, among them monkeys, bears, dogs, lions, tigers, horses (5 partly with horsemen), elephants, rhinos, seals, whales, crocodiles, parrots etc. – several leaves loose, somewhat sticky and finger-spotted, partly with rim-laces and kink-spur.
