The panorama, seamlessly assembled from six parts, gives an excellent overview of the entire factory site of the expanding company. In the foreground to the left there is a wooden storage place, behind it extends far to the right an elongated building, towered by some chimneys. On the right side of the picture are several individual buildings, also towered by chimneys. The photo was most likely published at the World Exposition in Paris in 1867, at which Krupp caused a great stir with his giant cannon. Hugo van Werden (1836-1911) was working as a work photographer for Krupp. – Carton slightly browned and right lower corner bent otherwise well preserved.
