The second edition was published in 1835 as a journey through the Rhine from Strasbourg to Rotterdam by Karl Baedeker in Koblenz (Hinrichsen D 1). The pretty Lithos after Lasinsky reflect "the strange mixture of romantic zeitgeist with objectively clean truth ... His sketchy outline, drawn with the pen, dispenses with any shading, all expression is placed in the line" (Wallraf-Richartz-Jahrbuch Band 1, 1924). – The title is probably missing. A bit sticky or brownish-spotted, one of the panels indistinctly coloured, the text sheet opposite the board with a lower margin tear. The publishing house cover with traces of usage.
