SUBJECT MATTER OF THE TENDER 1. The subject of the tender is the sale of property belonging to the bankruptcy mass, i.e. the right to use perpetual land property together with the property rights of buildings located in Częstochowa ul. Poselska 30, consisting of registration parcels Nos 58/17, 58/18, 58/19, 58/20, 707/22, 70723, 707/24, 707.27, 707//32, 707.34, 707/36, 312/7, 312/12, 312/13, 312/16, 312/19, 707,20, 58/15, registration boards No 364, 420, 422, for which the District Court in Częstochowa maintains the perpetual book No CZ1C/00074251/5, at a price not lower than the price of the estimate, i.e. 9.472.800,00 zł plus VAT in the event of the occurrence of a mass component number 2.1., hereinafter referred to as the tender subject. 2. The estimated operation for the property which is the subject of the tender drawn up by Maciej Mroczka's Valuer of 12 December 2025 is made available for inspection at the premises of the fallen person, ul. Poselska 30, 42-200 Częstochowa, from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 14 a. m. and in the file of the case the file CZ1C/Gup/5/2025 item. 92, correction 210. 3. The sale shall take place under the conditions laid down in the Rules of Procedure. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS Tenders must be submitted/sent by 22 October 2026 no later than 14:00 to the address of the District Court in Częstochowa VIII Economic Division, ul. An offer which has entered the Court of First Instance after the time and time as above shall not be considered.
