Silver dial also signed, date window, iron pointer, walkable. Joseph Antram worked as a respected watchmaker in London from 1700 - 1723. From about 1696 he was a clockmaker with Charles Gretton and was acquitted by the Clockmakers Company in 1706. At the same time he became a member and watchmaker of King George I.
