Ø65mm, approx.250g, very solid second case made of silver with gold hinges, original signed Breguet pocket chronometer with spring chronograph inhibition, cylindrical spiral diamond cover, large seconds indicator for use as observation chronometer, guilloche dial, Breguete steel pointer, functional. The original volume confirms the originality of the work, sold in 1832 to Monsier Jomard for 1550 francs. The original case is unfortunately missing. The current housing is a true to the original two-tan production of the highest quality. Since the dial is not signed, it is probably also a true replacement dial. Breguet pocket chronometers appear very rarely and are highlights for chronograph collectors.
