Syndicate of insolvency proceedings KR1S/GUp-s/29/2026 announces the tender contest for the sale of property belonging to the bankruptcy mass I. Subject matter of the contest: 1. ownership of the property located in Cracow, at ul. Bpa. Pandots 10A No 112, with an area of 97.54 sqm with the right to exclusive use of 2 parking spaces and a tenant cell covered by KW No KR1P/00622093/9 2. right of ownership of land property in the area. 0,2543 ha which is plot No 195 located in Krakow, within the NH-21 covered by KW No KR1P/00037535/2. The starting price of the law referred to in point 1 is PLN 2 041 00.00 (two million PLN forty-one thousand 00/100) net. The starting price of the law referred to in point 2 is PLN 111 00.00 (one hundred eleven thousand PLN 00/100) net. The total call price for the rights referred to in points 1 and 2 shall be PLN 2 152 00.00 (two million one hundred fifty two thousand zlotys 00/100).
