Announcement In bankruptcy proceedings under the signature of the GD1G/GUp/8/2026, the insolvency syndicate announces a written tender for the sale of real estate under the procedure laid down in Article 311 (2). 1 Bankruptcy rights, i.e. free of charge: 1/4 share in apartment no. 27 which is a separate property located in Lębork, at ul. Janusz Kusociński 19, gm. The town of Lębork, in the Lęborska river, Pomorskie voivodeship, with a usable area of 47,77 m2, consisting of a hallway, kitchen, bathroom, wc and two rooms in the residential building No. 19, for which the District Court in Lębork, the 5th Department of the Books of Perpetuals maintains the perpetual book No. SL1L/00046122/8, together with a share of 283/10000 in the common real estate for which a District Court of Lęborku, 5th Faculty of Perpetual Books leads an eternal book with the number SL1L/00038138/4 at the call price not less than the market value of the share, i.e. the amount of 68.500,00 (in words: sixty-eight thousand five hundred PLN 00/100). Conditions for the competition of tenders 1. The detailed terms and conditions of the tender contest are laid down in the Rules of Procedure for the tender competition, which shall be made available by e-mail to the tenderers at the request of the Syndyk. The condition for entering the competition of tenders is, among others, a written statement of the knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition. 2. Tenders must be submitted by 23 November 2026 at the Legal Counsel and Restructuring Advisor Anna Zalewska (76-200 Słupsk, al. May 3th, 44th. 48) until 3 p.m. 4:00. Tenders sent by registered letter or courier shall be deemed to have been submitted within the time limit if they enter the Registry by 23 November 2026. 3. Tenders shall be submitted in two separate envelopes. The main envelope inside the correspondence envelope shall contain a note: The competition offers sales 1⁄4 share in the real estate in Lębork did not open. The main envelope must bear the exact designation of the applicant, i.e. the name and business name and the place of residence/seat with the contact number and e-mail address. 4. The condition for participation in the competition is to pay a security of 10% of the call price, i.e. PLN 6.850,00. The security shall be paid into the bank account of the bankruptcy estate referred to in § 5 (5). 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the tender contest, by 23 November 2026 including the title of the deposit of Mariusz Jóźwik in bankruptcy, Lębork, GD1G/Gup/8/2026′′. Decides the date of recognition of the bankruptcy balance with the full amount of the deposit. 5. Each offer shall contain: (a) the exact indication of the tenderer (name and full name or full name with an indication of his legal form, address of residence or registered office) and the contact number, (b) an e-mail address and a statement that the tenderer agrees to send the correspondence to the address given, (c) an indication of the NIP and REGON numbers (for entities with such a number) or a PESEL number for natural persons, or a declaration that the person concerned does not have a PESSEL number, (d) an indication of the property to which the tender relates, (e) a price at least equal to the call price, expressed in digits and words; in the event of a discrepancy, the price expressed in words shall be determined; (f) a statement that the tenderer has read the Rules of Procedure and its acceptance, (g) a statement that the tenderer undertakes to pay all charges relating to the purchase (notarial tax, court fees, other court fees and charges), (h) a statement that the tenderer does not belong to the circle of entities referred to in paragraph 3. 3 Rules of Procedure, (i) a statement that the tenderer has taken note of the technical state of the subject-matter of the sale and does not raise any objections, (j) a statement that the tenderer is aware of the exclusion of guarantees under Article 558 (1) (c), (k) the promotion of the authorisation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration in the case of tenderers who are foreigners within the meaning of the Law of 24 March 1920 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners, if they have a statutory obligation to obtain permission to acquire real estate, (l) a written statement that the tenderer or the bank or any other entity financing the purchase of the subject-matter of the tender is the tenderer, and that it is necessary to designate that entity; (m) an indication of the bank and the bank account number to which the security is to be returned if the offer is not accepted, (n) a statement by a natural person of his or her marital status, (o) the signature itself. 6. The model tender is Annex 1 to the Rules of Procedure. 7. The offer shall be accompanied by: (a) a copy of the relevant register or records (in the case of traders), (b) the authorisation required under the Commercial Companies Code of the company's authorities to acquire the subject of sale, (c) a statement that the spouse does not remain or remain in the property regime, together with the written consent of the spouse to submit the offer, participate in the auction and acquire the subject of sale; (d) a document confirming the right of the person signing the offer to represent the buyer, (e) proof of payment of the security. 8. All documents annexed to the tender shall be submitted in the original or in a notarial copy certified for compliance with the original under the rigour of rejection of the tender, the documents submitted in a tender contest may be certified by the representative in the case of a lawyer. 9. The opening and examination of offers will take place at a public meeting at the Legal Counsel and Restructuring Advisor Anna Zalewska, al. May 3th, 44th. 48 in Słupsk on 25 November 2026 at 3 p.m. 12:00. The regulations will be available at Syndic's office in Słupsk, al. May 3th, 44th. 48 weekdays between 8:00 and 4:00 p.m.
