The subject of the sale is claims owed to the bankrupt Artur Wiśniewski, a natural person not engaged in business in bankruptcy against PAWEŁ ZDANOWSKI PeZet Trans (NIP 5291555744), included under heading 5.1 of the inventory (the statement of receivables), at a price not lower than the value of the estimate. 2. List of entitlements: 1) A charge of PLN 24 789,39 from the order for payment dated 13.09.2023, valid as of 12.10.2023, bearing a declaration of enforceability dated 03.11.2023, i.e. Act VI Nc-e 1301009/23, for a price of PLN 991.58. 3.
