DIRECT NOTICE The bankruptcy syndicate of a natural person who does not conduct business activity Wojciech Wójtowicz will sell in a written contest offers for sale free of charge property of a residential premises located in Szczecin at ul. Hippolita Cegielskiego 15/14 with a usable area of 58,07 m2 for which the District Court of Szczecin the estimated price, i.e. the amount of PLN 399.00.00 (in words: three hundred ninety-nine thousand zlotys) net. The conditions for joining the competition shall be the submission of a written offer together with the required documents and declarations and the payment of the security in accordance with the requirements detailed in the rules of the contest. The persons concerned shall submit tenders either in person or through the postal operator in writing in a sealed envelope by 07.12.2022, by 15.00, in duplicate: a) one in the office of the syndicate: Office of the Syndicate Agnieszka Dziedzic, ul. Kashubska 17/4, 70-403 Szczecin. (b) the second to the Judge Commissioner Klaudyna Książek (Stasiak) District Court of Szczecin (Centrum) in Szczecin XII Economic Department, ul. Narutowicza 19, 70-231 Szczecin (Tax Office of the Court at ul. Kashubian 42 is open Monday 8.00-18.00; Tuesday-Friday 8.00-15.00) with a clear inscription on the envelope: SIGN. AKT: SZ1S/Gup/9/2022 (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the above mentioned addresses). Each Tenderer may submit only one offer under strict exclusion from further proceedings. The Syndicator reserves that the offers submitted in one copy will not be considered. The opening of tenders will take place at a secret meeting in the District Court of Szczecin Centre in Szczecin, Economic Division XII within the time limit set by the Court of First Instance. All the terms of the contest as well as the documents, information and statements to be included in the tender are included in competition rules.
