Theological Latin manuscript on paper with 8 tracts and some short texts as well as three German songs. 22-39 lines. Bastarda and Cursiva of different, about simultaneous hands. Font mirror 15 x 9.5 to 16-17 x 11 cm. With numerous, up to 4-line red initials and lots of rubrication with sales marks, capital dashing, underlining etc., depending on the hand and tract. Format 20,6 x 14 cm. Red sheep's leather (with pressure points, scratches, slightly rubbed, bumped and flaked) over three frets and heavy, rounded wooden covers as well as 2 intact modern brass closures. ==References== Particularly rich theological manuscript, which was composed mainly of rarely handed down texts by German and Central European authors. The range of themes of these texts is strikingly large and reflects the broad theological and juridical orientation of the author of the collection. The approximately 20 empty pages prove that the collection was not completed when the manuscript was bound. The three complex German songs on Bl. 86v-88v may only be preserved in this manuscript; they contrast with theological texts in terms of content. The written language of these songs is southern German, probably Bavarian.
