They are Le Petit Paroissien de l'enfance and Le Petit Paraoissien de la Jeunesse which often bear the Marcilly imprint and were printed by Firmin Didot [...], Eberhart and others in Paris [...]. Theses attractive sprayerbooks for children measure usually about 1 1/8 by 13/16 inches, have engraved titles and 5 plates" (Bondy).
