Versatile mixed lot of printed paper-ephemera for the Advent and pre-Christmas season with Advent calendars, spelling and day cards, picture stories, Christmas booklets, for example songs, notes and handicraft instructions. Includes: "Before Christmas", Rudolf Schneider Verlag; "Die Schule. Parent magazine for the federal territory and Berlin. Education counseling, school questions, schulpractical tasks; "Travel to the Fairytale Land". Christmas calendar, spell and verse story calendar; "Pre-Christmas", 3 issues from the 1940s, published by the Hauptkulturamt der Reichspropagandaleitung der NSDAP in connection with the Hauptschulungsamt; "Leipziger Advent Calendar" from the 1930s, a restored Leporello "Christmas is at the door, still 24 days. Break off a flatten every day and listen to what I say to you", "Line and Peter. an Advent Calendar by Susanne Engelmann" and more. – Mostly with clear signs of age and usage. Partially browned and flaky, with curvature marks, lusures, small cracks and flaws; individual leaves or parts more strongly rubbed or damaged. The Advent calendar with traces of use on the set-up, folding and tear-off parts. Many have also been indisputably restaurated with adhesive strips and staples. Overall different, mostly moderately preserved.
