Colour printing or lithography on cardboard, relief-like embossed, partly with mica spread sand. 4 calendars with fairytale motifs, 4 with Christmas and winter representations. Various formats, approx. 28 x 38 cm. Southern Germany 1950s-1960s. Beautiful collection with four calendars of fairy tales: I. Snow White: Snow White in the Dwarf House in the forest, surrounded by the returning seven Dwarves. II. Frau Holle: Star-shaped calendar with Mrs Holle shaking the beds over a snowy landscape. III. Frau Holle: Goldmarie and Pechmarie under a archway, hit by rains of gold or bad luck. IV. Hansel and Gretel: Hansel und Gretel in front of the witch house with the witch and a black cat in a plastic forest landscape. In addition, four further calendars with colourful, partly folk-decorative Christmas and winter representations, among them snowy hut landscapes, Santa Claus as well as winter-riding of people and animals in the snowy forest. – Single slight traces of usage, marginal intrusion, kinks and small holes; above partly traces of an earlier mount. Most doors still closed and thus reusable. In the case of Snow White at the bottom right, a door is missing, thus opening the image below. Very nice preserved according to age.
