Act XIV GUP 44/22 NOTICE OF THE 4TH COMPANY OFFER The bankruptcy syndicate of Zbigniew Ancerowicz, a non-business natural person, announces a bid contest for the sale of a share of 1/3 of the property property rights, free of charge in the form of an offer contest under the following conditions: 1. The object of the sale is a share of 1/3 of the land property right, located in the village of Wola Popowa (Gmina Żychlin, powiat Kutnowski), consisting of plots of land with registration numbers: 37, 64, 109 and 231, with a total area of 1,2500 ha, for which the District Court in Kutno, the 5th Faculty of Eternal Books leads the Book of Eternity with the number LD1K/00027140/0. 2. The starting price is PLN 42.00.00. 3. Written offers in Polish may be submitted in a sealed envelope by 24 November 2026 until 4 p.m. (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address) to the address: Hubert Sidowski Piramovic 2nd place. 12, 90-254 Łódź, with a clear sign on the envelope 4. The contracting party to the tender (the tender contest) should pay 10% of the call price under the rigor of not allowing the tender to enter (the bid contest). The Wadium should be paid into the bank account of the bankruptcy mass (Adwokacka law firm Hubert Sidowski, ul. Piramovic 2nd place. 12, 90-254 Łódź) with number: 26 1090 1304 0000 0001 4933 0057/Erste Bank Polska S.A. at the latest on the last day of the deadline for the submission of tenders. 5. The legal judgment of the District Court in Łódź was found to be ineffective in view of the mass of bankruptcy of the transfer by the failed share of 1/3 in property rights. Consequently, a share of 1/3 of the property rights referred to in point 1 of the Notices shall be sold by the syndicate in the course of insolvency proceedings. 6. The property shall remain in the possession of a third party. 7. The notice and the Terms and Conditions of sale may be amended or revoked at any time. An invitation to tender (the tender contest) may be closed without selecting any of the tenders. 8.
