Bronzestatuette des Dionysos. Römisch, 1. - 2. Jh. n. Chr. H ohne Sockel 11cm, H mit Sockel 13cm. Bronzevollguss. Nackte Figur des Dionysos mit Efeu-Korymbenkranz im Haar und einem Pantherfell über dem Oberkörper. Der rechte Arm ist vorgestreckt und hielt wahrscheinlich ein heute verlorenes Trinkgefäß oder ein Lagobolon. Der linke Arm ist angewinkelt zum Kopf geführt. An dem erhaltenen Fuß trägt der Gott eine Sandale. Dunkelgrüne Patina, teils berieben, linker Unterschenkel fehlt. Provenienz: Ex Sammlung N.W., München, durch Erbschaft erworben vor 1970. Bronze solid cast statuette of Dionysos: H without stand 11cm; H with stand 13cm. A nude figure of Dionysus with a wreath of ivy and corymbs in his hair and a panther skin draped over his upper body. His right arm is outstretched and probably once held a tringe vessel or a lagobolon, both of which are now lost. His left arm is bent and raised towards his head. On the preserved foot, the god is wearing a sandal. Roman, 1st - 2nd century AD. Darkgreen patina, surface partially worn, left lower leg missing.
