With the commentary book by Cynthia M. Pyle. Candidus wrote the animal book around 1460 for Lodovico Gonzaga, it was illuminated in 1515. His work is one of the most beautiful and, at the same time, most important scientific book illustrations for the history of zoology in the 15th century. Year-hundets.
