EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The object of the sale is a 4/24 share of the property built in a single-family residential building in a free-standing building located in the town of Pruszcz Gdański, at 17 Drzymały Street, marked geodesically in the office unit of Pruszcz Gdański within 0016, marked dz. 116/8 o pow. 263 m2, no 116/9 pow. 425 m2 recorded in the perpetual book No GD1G/00014376/0 conducted by the District Court of Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk, III Faculty of Eternal Books, at the most advantageous price for the bankruptcy mass, not less than PLN 92 250,00 (in words: ninety two thousand two hundred fifty PLN 00/100). 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security of 10%, the price of the calling property for which the offer is submitted, as indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure.
