Very clean, clear early modern manuscript of the "Parvulus" by the teacher Peter of Dresden (c. 1350-1421 or 1426), who had left the University of Prague in 1409 and applied for the office of schoolmaster in Dresden. As a supporter of the Hussites, he was driven away from Dresden in 1412 and founded a German school in Prague, which he led himself. His 'Parvulus' conveys basic knowledge of the philosophy of nature. This small work is preserved in more than 20 manuscripts and was printed twice until 1500.
