He was the owner and editor of the famous magazine "Revue générale de l'architecture et des travaux publics". In the present work, the panels show magnificent, figural and floral ceiling, wall and floor decor. – Inneklekte partly open, intentions browned due to paper, slightly patchy otherwise good specimen.
