First edition of the impressive work on mirror monograms with numerous examples of Armand Desmarets (no life data available). The baroque, partly crowned monograms consist of one to three letters in numerous different variations. – A little brown- and finger-spot, a leaf loose, partly kink-spur and with small lusures.
