The catalogue of the collection, compiled by Nicolas de Pigage, shows the main works of the Flemish and Dutch schools. "This magnificent picture book acquired the artist the title of a court copper cutter from the Electoral Palatine" (Nagler VIII, 532, 3). The 365 paintings, which are now located in the Alte Pinakothek in Munich, are depicted in their arrangement on the walls of the hall. "On each of the 26 main plates, the whole or part of a wall of a gallery hall with all the paintings hanging on it is pictured" (Wüthrich). – Some of them a little stained, in places decorated, some panels with a moisture border.
